Sam Bankman-Fried and the law of fraud

Sam Bankman-Fried was sentenced to 25 years in prison by a judge in April for stealing $8 billion from customers of FTX . If he can't be a good example, he can at least be a horrible warning. Here is my take on what startup founders can learn from this case.
