Musk v Altman Part 1

In March 2024 Elon Musk sued Sam Altman and OpenAI in California court, alleging breach of contract to develop artificial general intelligence to benefit humanity and not as a for-profit company as well as related fiduciary claims. Here is my take on the complaint.
